Amazed at the personal attention we received!

In a few days we’re moving into our new home built by Chris Olsen and CF Olsen Homes. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
This was the first time we’ve built a home and we had doubts about the process. Chris made everything as pain free as possible. He listened to our ideas and our wish list and incorporated them into a functional, affordable custom plan. He was willing to make as many changes to the plan as we wanted to make it perfect for us. We were then able to make color and cabinet choices at CF Olsen’s design studio.

CF Olsen builds its cabinets in-house and the care, quality and craftsmanship shines through. We got exactly what we wanted and were able to pick and choose additional features, like built in spice racks, glass doors and silverware trays.We were amazed at the personal attention we received. Even though he frequently builds larger, more expensive homes, Chris always made us feel like our home was the most important one on his list. Every person at CF Olsen Homes treated us like royalty and were genuinely interested in making us happy. Chris, Carl, Deanne, Kari, Zach, Travis…everyone was pleasant to work with.

Most of Chris’s subcontractors have worked with him for years. He treats them well and in turn they produce outstanding work. Whenever we had a question or concern, they we quick to respond.

The most impressive thing to us was the attention to detail. Chris always knew exactly what was happening at the job site and he did a great job of keeping us informed. He was easy to contact and quick to respond.

It’s been said that in order for a garden to be beautiful it must see the shadow of the gardener on a daily basis. The same holds true for building a home. In all the craftsmanship and details it’s easy to tell that our home saw Chris’s shadow nearly every day.

We highly recommend Chris and his group. They build quality homes that will stand the test of time.
